Developed from our dance bar business established in 1983 where our products have earned a reputation for long life and high desireability since 1983. Our knowledge and experience in engineering has constantly given us the edge over the competition and now is brought to good use in the design of our standard disability handrails for the infirm.
Unlike wooden disability handrails, our construction will not work loose, will not warp and will not splinter. The robust plastic exterior finish just needs a quick wipe with a damp cloth to bring back to new looking - no sanding and varnishing!
Material specification of our disbility grab rails.
- Brackets are in spec 304 stainless steel. A very durable grade for interior use.
- Handrail is a 42 mm diameter, white polypropylene tube with a mild steel tube liner. Polypropylene is a very durable engineering plastic which gives a very attractive finish and feels warm and comfortable to the touch..
- Tube ends are closed by white, nylon, plastic plugs.
- Brackets are fastened to the handrail with heavy duty, zinc plated rivets or M5 screws.

- Provided on a supply only basis, installation is very straightforward for a builder or for a competent DIYer.
